Fresh Market Foods is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Office Clerk (NOC 14100) to provide administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Team across all company locations, including Fresh Market Foods, Your Dollar Store with More, Red Pine Convenience, and Golden Eagle Convenience & Gas Bar. This permanent full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of company operations through strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office files, pricing records, reports, and other documents.
• Perform data entry and update information accurately in company systems such as Next Step and Digi.
• Assist the marketing team with administrative support related to weekly flyers, promotions, and pricing updates.
• Compile and organize sales reports, spreadsheets, and promotional information for management review.
• Update digital signage and promotional pricing information as directed by management.
• Process and distribute internal correspondence, forms, and office communications.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and internal inquiries.
• Order and maintain office and marketing-related supplies as required.
• Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing marketing documents.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Marketing Team and other departments as required.
• Other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of related office, clerical, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with office systems, databases, or digital platforms is considered an asset.
Language of Work: Proficiency in English required; French is considered an asset.
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time (40 hours/week)

Hourly Rate: $23.50 – $25.00 per/hour (depending on experience)

Transportation: Fresh Market Foods will cover a one-time round-trip travel cost for the successful candidate to our location and back to their permanent residence at the end of the work period. (This does not include the cost for a full trailer move (household goods, trailers, or large personal belongings etc.).
Housing: Below-market value employee housing may be available, subject to availability.
