Child caregiver – private home Full Time

Location: Toronto, On

Major Intersection: St. Clair Ave. W & Bathurst St.

Salary: $12.50 Hourly, for 44 hours per week

Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with 45 minutes unpaid break
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible
Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: Experience is an asset
Child’s Age: 1 year old

Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Work Setting: Employer’s home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
Specific Skills: Tend to emotional well-being of children; Supervise and care for child; Prepare and serve nutritious meals; Organize activities such as games and outings for child; Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development; Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents; Bathe, dress and feed the child; Prepare child for rest periods.
