Job Description: Join Elkhorn Resort Spa & Conference Centre as a Guest Service Representative supporting guests and clients in a welcoming spa and resort environment. This role is an important point of contact for visitors and helps ensure efficient, professional customer service throughout the spa. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; Provide basic information to clients and the public; Obtain and process information required to provide customer service; Operate switchboard or telephone system; Record and relay information; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; Provide customer service.
