Fiberglass Laminator Full Time NEW
We are looking for an enthusiastic worker to join our team of professional fiberglass technicians with experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Works safely
Is a self starter
is able to prioritize workloads and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Has a positive attitude
Is respectful and can work well with others
Enjoys a challenge and has excellent problem solving skills
Has experience in using fiberglass spray equipment such as a chopper gun and gelcoater is mandatory.
Job duties:
Operate laminating equipment and hand tools to apply fiberglass to molds, trim polish products
Assemble fiberglass products
Read and interpret production drawings and specifications
Prepare molds for part fabrication
Inspect and repair any defects in products
Operate grinders, trimmers, buffers, drills and spray equipment
Working Conditions

Handling heavy loads up to 23 kg
Physically demanding

Standing, kneeling, crouching and walking
