Farm Machinery Operator Full Time NEW

Responsibilities :
– Operate farm equipment, tractors, combines, and other heavy agricultural machinery
to till soil.
– Planting, fertilizing, applying pesticides, harvesting crops, and load and unload crops
or containers of materials.
– Soil preparation and field conditioning
– Perform equipment and machinery maintenance.
– Adjusting mechanisms on machinery to ensure precise depth, spacing, and
application rates
– Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions.
– Loading and unloading crops or materials
– Follow safety procedures
– May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery.
– May supervise general farm labourers

Job Requirements:
– Farm Knowledge and minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture practices, including
soil preparation, seeding, spraying, and harvesting in large-scale crop production
systems.
– Interested to contribute to large-scale farming operations in Canada, specialized in
beans operations like chickpea, lentil, canola and etc.
– Driver license (Class 5 )
– Intermediate Proficiency in English
– Prefer to have high school diploma
– Prefer Technical Certification in Agriculture
– Clear Criminal record

Duration : Two years / Full time ( 3 vacancies )
$27.50 hourly / 35 hours per week
