Job Position Title: Construction Labourer for Commercial and High-Density Residential Projects

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The candidate will work directly under the Project Site Supervisor and will take all direction for the responsibilities listed below from the Site Supervisor:

1. Assisting with Site Preparation: Aid in setting up and dismantling construction sites by clearing debris, moving materials, and preparing work areas for construction activities.
2. Material Handling: Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on-site using hand tools, wheelbarrows.
3. Mixing and Pouring Concrete: Assist in mixing concrete and pouring it into molds or forms under the guidance of experienced personnel.
4. Demolition Work: Participate in demolition projects by dismantling structures, removing fixtures, and clearing sites of rubble and debris.
5. Operating Machinery: Operate basic construction machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
6. Assisting Tradespeople: Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing them with necessary materials, tools, and assistance as required.
7. Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on construction sites by cleaning up debris, organizing materials, and ensuring safety hazards are promptly addressed.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
9. Communication: Basic Understanding of the English Language to be able to Communicate with supervisors construction projects.

6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
