Child Care provider (nanny) Full Time NEW

Hello my name is Lisa.
What we’re looking for: We would like to find someone who works Full time. We need someone that is flexible with hours worked per day, however, you will be guaranteed 40 hours per week….. have two kids, 6 and 4. Our kids are enrolled in quite a few activities, so being able to drive is necessary to do the job. Over lunch hours on MWF for one hour there will be another 4 year old. The main role is to take care of the kids, driving them, feeding them and cleaning up after you play, or make food for the kids. We do have a dog, she is 16 and you will be required to let her out in the yard, you need to be comfortable around dogs, as she will be around, she is also not hypoallergenic. Additionally, one of our kids has some special mental health needs to please acknowledge and explain your experience working with kids with special needs.

Our location: we’re located in Dunbar in Vancouver.

Starting date: can be flexible and will depend on what works for the right candidate.

Experience/Education Requirements:
Emergency child care first aid and CPR
CPR Certificate
Criminal record check
Driver’s validity license check
Driving record check (abstract)
Experience with special needs children
5 years or more of experience working in childcare
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Asset: Speaks Spanish
