Job duration: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $19.00per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Job location: Radium Hot Springs, BC

Duties:
• The job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Ensuring all needed ingredients and cooking equipment is ready to prepare, cook, back for café recipes
• Preparing ingredients to use in baking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meats and assembling ingredients based on recipes to bake various items
• Checking baked items to ensuring baked at right temp and timeframe
• Wrapping and packaging of baked goods for customers to purchase
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in his workspace
• Ensure all food and other ingredients are stored properly based on Food Safe guidelines
• Check quality of ingredients and baked goods
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
• College degree is required
• Experience is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Quick learner
• Ability to speak and communicate in English
• Food Safety Certificate
• Serving It Right Certificate
