Warehouse operator-summer student position Full Time NEW
DESCRIPTION
Cummins is looking for 2 students to join its team for the Mississauga location (Edwards), for the summer, in warehouse operator roles.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
- Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program (College or University) and returning as a student in fall of 2026.
Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- Ability to read and sort parts.
- Be computer savvy.
- Be physically fit-able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Be punctual and reliable is a must for this role.
About the role:
- Working hours are Monday-Friday 7am-330pm OR 8am-430pm
- Salary ranges from 22.00$ to 24.00$, depending on experience.
