DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Health, Safety, and Environment Leader to join our team at our Fort McMurray Branch, Alberta
Job Summary:
Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systems framework in site(s) with low complexity. This includes establishing the short term and long-term strategic plan for the site to foster continual health, safety and environmental Improvement, leading programs, policies and assessments and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with Cummins internal requirements, applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Evaluate and prioritize risks through structured hazard identification and assessment techniques, while managing work‑related injuries and illnesses with urgency care, and professionalism.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required. Health, Safety and/or Environmental degree preferred. Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred.
Experience:
Intermediate level of experience required, including experience in management of health, safety and environmental ISO Standards required. Minimal management experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a 7 days on/7 days off shift. Working hours during the 7 days are 12 hrs a day.
