- This will centralize access to your job opportunities and allow for seamless navigation in both English and French.
2. Post Distribution and Format
- We will manage the strategic placement of Posting Language, balancing national exposure with high-density focus once priorities are finalized.
- Depending on the content and desired outcomes, we can either:

- Combine bilingual job details into single listings to maximize simplicity and reach, or
- Split English and French versions for separate targeted regions, especially if regional language preferences are strong.
- We’ll advise on optimal formatting based on job type, region, and engagement metrics.
3. High-Visibility Social Media Campaign
- Several targeted social media posts will be deployed across our platforms to amplify campaign visibility.
- These posts will be bilingual and tailored to specific audiences using demographic and regional data.
4. Targeted Outreach
- We will conduct direct outreach to Indigenous job seekers and community networks, especially in areas with historic census underrepresentation.
- Our outreach will include promotion through partner organizations and local job resource centers.
Budget and Timeline
- Total Cost: $2,500 (pre-HST as confirmed)
- Timeline: We are ready to begin campaign setup immediately upon receipt of the finalized postings and targeting priorities expected in June.
- We will also issue the invoice alongside this proposal for your records.
