Title of Position: Tilesetter

Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week (Day, Weekends)
Vacancies: Two (2) positions available.
Wage: $34.76/per hour
Job Duties:
• Load, unload and transport construction materials;
• Prepare, measure and mark areas to be covered;
• Prepare and apply adhesive substances;
• Pack and remove grout in joints between tiles;
• Cut, polish, fit and work with materials such as marble, granite and quartz;
• Set, align, straighten, and affix tiles in place;
• Set tiles according to pattern and designs;
• Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles; and
• Be able to use hand and power cutting tools to cut and fit tiles.
Education: Secondary School Certificate (High School)
Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Location of Work: Various locations in Lethbridge and the surrounding area
