Sushi Chefs Full Time

Requires two Sushi Chefs

Salary range $25 – 26 per hour depending on experience.

Must speak English.
Vietnamese is an asset as all staff and suppliers speak Vietnamese.

The successful applicant will be required to
– Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
– Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities;
– Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards;
– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff;
– Create new recipes

Applicants should have:
– Appropriate post-secondary food preparation academic certificate or equivalent credential; and
– at least 3 years of Sushi making experience.
