Your responsibilities as supervisor:
Supervise and coordinate staff activities;
Assign tasks to sales staff;
Hire, train, or delegate the training of staff;
Order and sell merchandise;
Prepare work schedules
Prepare reports on sales figures, merchandising techniques, and staff-related issues;
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages;
Organize and maintain up-to-date inventory;
Manage cash/register;
Conduct performance reviews.

To be a supervisor, you need :
High school diploma (DES) or equivalent;
Two years’ experience as a retail manager or equivalent experience;
valid Class 5 driver’s license.
