We are seeking a reliable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee crew members during assigned shifts and ensure day-to-day operational tasks are completed according to established procedures. This is a front-line leadership role focused on directing workflow, supporting team members, and maintaining service, cleanliness, and food safety standards while working alongside the crew.
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assigning tasks to team members during shifts, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational procedures are followed. They support new employee training, provide basic coaching and guidance, and report performance or conduct concerns to management. The Supervisor assists with opening or closing duties, ensures workstations are properly stocked and cleaned, and addresses minor guest service issues by following established guidelines. This role does not include authority over hiring, scheduling, discipline, or financial decision-making. The Supervisor must be able to lead by example, communicate clearly with team members, and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule and be reliable.
