This position required direct supervision of 5-10 employees, utilizing Tim Hortons set standards and procedures, to actively manage a shift. Previous experience in the fast-food industry or previous Supervisory experience preferred. Supervisor and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Training of staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures is required to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. A Supervisor must address customers complaints and concerns and submit reports. Additional certification or knowledge of Food Safety (ServSafe) and First Aid. Ability to work as a team and effectively coach employees throughout a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work a rotating schedule.
