Job Requirements
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Language: Ability to communicate in English
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Onsite Work: Must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

Responsibilities
• Resolve work-related issues and provide technical advice to improve productivity and quality
• Estimate project costs, labour requirements, and material needs
• Coordinate and oversee apprenticeship training activities
• Prepare production reports, progress reports, and related documentation
• Recruit, hire, and assist with staffing activities as required
• Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Establish work methods and procedures to meet construction schedules
• Recommend personnel actions and workforce allocation strategies
• Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as required
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and project activities on-site
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards
