Shoemaker Full Time

Viberg Boot Mfg Ltd is looking to hire full-time Shoe Makers on a long-term contract.
Experience required:
Minimum of 5yrs in footwear manufacturing.
Equipment / Machinery Experience required: Outsole Stitching Machine: BHSS, Jupiter, Rapid-E
Inseam Stitcher / Goodyear Welt Stitcher Back Part Moulder
Toe Laster
Rough Rounding & Channeling Machine Sole Press
Heel Nailer
Sanding & Sole Trimming
Duties Include :
Make custom boots and shoes, using hand tools and machines
Select and cut appropriate patterns with dies, shears, or knives
Tack insoles and draw upper over the last, toe lasting
Sew on Good Year Welt
Attach outsole to lasted upper using Stitchdown, Goodyear Welt, nail down or cemented, as
Appropriate.
Trim and fine sand edges of the sole using trimming blade, knife, and sanding wheel to finish

Salary & Benefits:
Relocation reimbursement up to $1000.000
Salary $24-26 / hourly depending on experience
