About the role:
Join the Planning and Oversight team as a Senior Analyst, Operational Policies and Programs. In this role, you will support the various teams within Business and Portfolio Operations through reporting and analysis. You will also provide insights and guidance to achieve operational efficiencies through process automations.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 2 years.
What you’ll do:
Analyze options to enhance and automate administrative practices.
Undertake effective research and environmental scanning in support of various projects and initiatives.
Contribute to the design and integration of administrative process enhancements.
Provide oversight to ensure processes are properly administered, documented, approved and accounted for in the financial system.
Develop reports for internal and/or external stakeholders.
Organize, retrieve, analyze and maintain complex information critical to the development of reports.
Continually identify opportunities for improvement by examining programs and processes.
Continually monitor and report on operating environment with respect to guidelines and policies.
What you should have:
An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline.
A minimum of three years of related experience in a data or reporting role within housing, finance or insurance.
Knowledge of analytical tools, including an understanding of Microsoft Suite products.
Understanding of a range of work procedures and their impact on internal and external work areas for Business Continuity.
The ability to write and/or edit documents to convey information which requires reasoning and analysis before it can be composed or edited.
Sound analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize information to develop recommendations and provide advice.
Strong written and oral communication skills
