TNI, The Network inc. is looking to fill vacant positions for a Sales and Fundraising Associate.
Position- Sales and Fundraising Associate (NOC 65109)

Number of Positions – Five (5)

Type of Position- Full-time, permanent position.
• Hours of work- 40 hours/ week depending on the schedule. Hours are 12:30pm- 9pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Applicants may be required to work on the weekend as per work demand

Job duties:
• What you will be doing:
• Attend daily team training sessions at our local office.
• Participate in our in-person face to face fundraising campaigns in residential communities (neighborhood canvassing) and high traffic points
• Encourage and inspire people to become a monthly donor
• Solicit sales and organize fundraising activities;
• Raising awareness of the organization’s goals;
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing donors;
• Handling questions related to the fundraising campaigns or company related questions.

Job requirements
• Completed secondary school;
• Proficiency in English including speaking and writing component required.
• Able to meet multiple deadlines and balance a heavy workload, excellent organization skills
• Candidate must be willing to work independently and manage teams with a high level of accuracy, have excellent interpersonal skills and display a high level of professionalism.

Expectations & Benefits
• Work 40 hours/week.
• Hours are 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• Compensation starts at $18.40/ hour
• Benefits include extended health and dental benefits and minimum provincial benefits
