Roofer Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Shingler to join our team. As a Roofer/Shingler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs using various materials such as asphalt, wood, metal, or tiles.

Duties:
– Install, repair, or replace roofs using materials like shingles, asphalt, metal, or tiles
– Measure and cut roofing materials to fi t around vents and chimneys
– Caulk and waterproof roof penetrations
– Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment
– Use hand tools to complete roofing tasks
– Follow blueprints and building plans to meet specifi cations
– Work alongside carpenters and other construction professionals

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Shingler or in a similar role
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
– Proficiency in using hand tools common in the roofing industry
– Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate installations
– Experience in caulking and waterproofing techniques is a plus
– Strong maintenance person skills for general construction tasks
