Job duties:
Hire and train new sales and cashier staff
Create work schedules for sales staff to best meet the needs of the business
Resolve complaints and concerns that may arise from customers
Order merchandise for the store and pay for all purchase orders
Supervise daily duties performed by retail sales staff
Balance tills and ensure accurate accounting of cash and receipts
Negotiate contracts with suppliers for bulk order sales

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent position; days, evenings, weekends; between 30 and 40 hours per week

Wage: $21.00/hour
