Retail Store Supervisor- Shoppers Drug Mart Wallaceburg Full Time

Shoppers Drug Mart Wallaceburg is seeking a full-time, permanent Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and support the management team in maintaining company standards for retail excellence.

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales associates and cashiers.
Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staff coverage on all shifts.
Train new employees on customer service standards, company policies, and point-of-sale (POS) procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and preparation of deposit reports.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and loss-prevention policies.
Support management with performance reviews, reporting, and store operations.
Open and close the store as required.

Education Requirements:
Highschool/secondary school diploma

1-2 years
