Duties:
• Scheduling, monitoring, evaluating and providing directions to store staff;
• Overseeing hiring and training of staff;
• Resolving customer complaints;
• Enforcing merchandise control procedures to eliminate fraud, theft, and other losses;
• Generating reports showing the amount of gas and merchandise sold and the revenue earned on a daily and weekly basis;
• Approving expenditures and preparing budgets;
• Directing, coordinating, and participating in performing customer service activities;
• Checking the inventory on a frequent basis and making sure the desired orders are placed;
• Selecting and selling the most in demand items in the market;
• Keeping an accurate record of sales; and
• Developing and implementing strategies for marketing

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• 7 Months to 1 Year of Experience in a similar role is required;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail; and
• Excellent oral communication
