Retail Store Supervisor Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead team at our store, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance while maintaining a positive store environment. Following are the responsibilities and requirnments.

1. Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize payments by cheque
Authorize return of merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
2. Requirements
Languages:

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
