Retail Sales Supervisor Full Time

Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor cashiers to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
Place orders with suppliers and track deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Manage employee schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
Follow up with service contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Receive and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Communicate and negotiate with distributors to maintain strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and French) is required.
2–3 years of experience in retail supervision or a related field.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary: $34.65 per hour
