We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, with working hours of around 30-40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
• Establish work schedules and assign tasks to staff.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
• Interact with customers, respond to inquiries and address their needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the service meets quality control standards.
• Maintain records of orders, sales, tableware and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the restaurant’s smooth operations and timely completion of food orders.
• Assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies when required.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and evaluation of new staff.
Job Requirements:
• Education: College diploma or above.
• Experience: a minimum of two years in supervisory and management roles, and at least 6 months of experience in food service or a dining establishment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and overtime work are required.
• Standing for extended periods is required.
