We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for the overall performance, leadership, and results of our Tim Hortons restaurant. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for operational execution, financial performance, staff management, and maintaining compliance with Tim Hortons standards and provincial labour legislation. This role provides strategic and operational leadership and has final decision-making authority at the restaurant level.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and managing Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and team members. They develop labour schedules, control labour and food costs, review financial and operational reports, and implement corrective actions to meet sales, profitability, and performance targets. The role includes handling employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary action, and documentation. The Restaurant Manager also oversees inventory management, food safety compliance, health and safety standards, and guest satisfaction initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Completion / Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) & First Aid.
Successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule and be reliable.
