Om Pizza Bar Café located at #1970, Ospika Blvd S, Prince George B.C.V2N 4W5, is looking to fill in the position of two Restaurant Managers.

Job duties for this position include:

• Ensuring smooth operations of the restaurant by being an active, hands-on team leader;
• Planning and budgeting restaurant sales and profitability in conjunction with the Area Operations Manager;
• Strategizing and implementing promotions based on season and market studies;
• Monitoring service times, staff/customer interaction, food quality and preparation, and restaurant cleanliness continually to ensure that operations standards are being met;
• Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction;
• Monitoring equipment use and maintenance.

Job Requirements:
– 2 years or more of experience in food services industry is required;
– Good communication skills, positive attitude to work and people management skills;
– Ideal applicant must be available to work on any scheduled, rotational or call in shifts which includes weekends, nights and mornings;
– Able to work under pressure and time constraint in fast paced environment;
– Candidate must have completed food safety course
