We are currently looking for someone to join our team as Remodeling Designer who will have responsibility for the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen/bathroom remodeling requirements.
• Create detailed kitchen/bathroom design plans, including layouts, materials and finishes.
• Provide cost estimates and project timelines.
• Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with design specification.
• Collaborate with contracts and suppliers.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and product innovations.
REQUIREMENTS
1. College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
2. 1 year to less than 2 years work experience in interior designing is preferred
3. Self-motivated and keen to learn new skills
4. In-depth knowledge of residential renovation
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
6. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
7. Computer and technology knowledge: 20/20 design, adobe photoshop, autoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word and SketchUp
8. Area of Specialization: interior Design (general), Kitchen, restaurant, residential, flooring and kitchen cabinets and vanities.
TERMS
1. Salary is $36.50/Hour
2. Working hours per week are 30 to 40 hours per week
3. Annual salary is $56,940 to $75,920
4. Permanent full-time
