About the Opportunity

Mariann Nursing Home and Residence is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
1 year to less than 2 years of related nursing experience
Current eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Work Setting
On-site position (remote work not available)
Nursing home and long-term care environment
Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and early mornings
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and identify appropriate nursing interventions
Provide nursing care and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families
Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations and treatments
Deliver health education and immunization programs
Manage home care cases and maintain patient records
Provide supportive counselling and life-skills programming
Supervise practical nurses and other nursing staff
Participate in community health initiatives and research activities
Perform administrative and documentation duties
