Real Estate Marketing Coordinator Full Time

Linda Yu Realty P.C. Inc. is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position located in Saskatoon. The individual will support the agent’s all marketing needs.

Main Responsibilities for this position include the following:

 Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials.
 Maintain content calendar to feed regular content across multiple social media platforms, including drafting the content, sourcing appropriate imagery, and designing graphic or videos.
 Take ownership of designing and drafting written content for marketing materials such as listing brochures, client presentations, newsletters, and email distributions.
 Coordinate with a range of vendors on obtaining professional photographs, floor plans, 360 viewing models, etc.
 Updates new content for the company’s website
 Assist in planning events for brokers, clients, tenants, and staff.
 Assist with event planning and community outreach initiatives.
 Assess characteristics of the services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of the company.
 Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
