Responsibilities:
Reporting to the supervisor, the general labourer’s main tasks, depending on the assigned role, will include:
• Participating in the various direct and indirect production stages of the blade (molding, demolding, preparing, closing, shaping, cutting, sanding, repairing, painting);
• Assembling and/or anchoring components or structures according to their specifications;
• Using machinery, equipment, and hand tools;
• Ensure strict adherence to specific occupational health and safety standards, in accordance with the 5S principles for each function and the plant as a whole;
• Achieve manufacturing quality objectives;
• Participate in blade inspections according to the company’s internal techniques, analyze inspection results, and prepare computer reports;
• Participate in the delivery of materials or equipment to various departments.

• At least six (6) months of work experience in manufacturing or a similar field may be considered an asset.
Employment Conditions:
• 8.5-hour workday (42.5 hours/week)
