Duties:
• Overseeing and managing all club programs and services, including planning, organizing, and directing daily operations
• Providing technical and professional advice with a specialization in Padel
• Developing and coordinating program schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with the club’s strategic objectives and member needs
• Creating programs and instructional resources designed to enhance participant learning, skill development, and active involvement in club activities
• Driving membership growth through sales initiatives and marketing strategies, promoting the club’s programs, events, and unique offerings to prospective members
• Collaborating with upper management team to enhance client satisfaction, improve and develop programs and procedures, and grow the community
• Establishing long-term strategic plans and implementing operational policies and procedures that uphold company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assisting with the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for staff, while providing ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to existing and prospective staff members
• Resolving client complaints professionally and in a timely manner
• Responsible for scheduling and managing staff to ensure proper coverage
• Ensuring safety of guests and employees through effective supervision of all areas of the club
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Analyzing data trends related to membership sign-ups and renewals in order to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:
• A university degree in physical education, sports management or a related field is required
• Prior experience in an occupation related to sports administration or a related role is required
• Experience playing the sport with a required skill level rating of 15+ WPR (World Padel Rating)
• In-depth knowledge of Padel is required
• Must possess strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
