Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity
Location: Toronto Hybrid
You will provide multiple support to our business development, partner management and partner operations teams for the onboarding of new partners, existing partners with managed relationships, data integrity assurance; and lead optimization projects for continuous improvement. You will report to the Manager, Partner Operations.
Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do
Responsible for the onboarding of all Partner Onboarding –including contract management, Moneris Partner Portal enablement, demos and education, revenue share, Moneris.com partner content, engagement of all internal partners (Sales, Finance, Legal counsel, Technology and Operations).
Manage reporting and support activities related to the Moneris Revenue Share.
Work with all partners to identify opportunities for efficiencies and develop required resources to train team mates to support new processes and improved approaches.
Manage all partner and team member repositories, ensuring access and organization is optimized in order to maximum team member efficiency. This will include: MPP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Tableau.
Accountable for first level triage for partner related escalations, inquiries and established support activities, requests from leadership team, including Relationship Management and Business Development team.
Provide leadership team with regular status updates for partner support activities and ensure established service level agreements are maintained following contractual obligations.
Ensure data integrity of all appropriate internal data resources with regular monitoring and maintenance: Tableau dashboards, IST Listing, SQL, revenue share, partner information matrix.
Responsible for change management to ensure data integrity: implementing QTP requests to updating config codes in IST and DMS as well as relate updates for the Data Platforms Teams.
Follow service requirements for our high valued partners using work prioritizing processes.
Your Moneris Career – What you bring
Must-have…
College diploma/University degree or equivalent work experience considered as substitution
5+ years’ experience in operations (onboarding, compliance, and analysis) and customer relations
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
Effective presentation skills; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Relationship management skills including negotiation and impact/influence skills would be considered strong assets.
Coaching, management, and mentoring experience recommended.
Nice-to-have…
Previous experience in the payment industry.
High Proficiency in Microsoft applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Experience in these applications: ACI, DMS, OMS, Merchant Direct, Tableau, and Atlas 360
