Medical Consultant Full Time

We are seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and client-focused Medical Consultant to join our dynamic team at RMEDY Health & Wellness. This role specializes in preventative health and functional medicine, focusing on empowering clients with personalized, science-backed health solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in health consulting, a deep understanding of human physiology and wellness optimization, and a passion for helping individuals take control of their long-term health.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through advanced diagnostics testing, interpreting results, and supporting tailored treatment plans that address root causes, not just symptoms. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as a trusted point of contact to discuss clients’ health goals, review symptoms, and recommend appropriate assessments or services based on individual needs and goals;

· Conduct in-person consultations and follows, explaining options, products, and expected outcomes with clarity and professionalism;

· Analyze advanced test results (e.g. micronutrient analysis, hormone panels, genetic tests) and explain findings in a clear, client-friendly manner;

· Develop tailored wellness programs based on clinical data, client history, and lifestyle factors focused on prevention and root-cause resolution;

· Work alongside MDs, NDs, RNs, and health consultants to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client;

· Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to introduce promotions, new treatments, packages, and preventative health solutions;

· Educate clients on the role of nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and diagnostic insights in optimizing their health;

· Support clients through follow-up care;

· Record consultation notes, client progress, and care plans in compliance with clinic protocols and privacy regulations;

· Continuously update knowledge on preventative health, functional lab interpretation, integrative therapies, and emerging research;

· Assist in creation or refinement of wellness programs, workshops, or group education sessions that enhance the client experience;

· Contribute ideas and insights to improve client experience, increase bookings, and support the clinic’s overall growth goals.

Qualifications:

· Education in health, life sciences, kinesiology, or a related field is an asset;

· Equivalent experience in clinical or wellness settings is highly valued;

· Strong understanding of human health and wellness practices;

· Experience working in healthcare, integrative, or wellness-focused environments;

· Comfortable conducting client assessments and supportive care plans;

· Familiarity with functional medicine, supplements, or advanced diagnostic testing is a plus;

· RN designation (or equivalent) is an asset;

· Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, professional approach to client care;

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Proficiency with sales tracking, client management software, or CRM systems is an asset.
