Meat department manager- Retail Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Halal Meat Department Manager at the E C M Enterprise Ltd to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Halal meat department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, freshness, and Halal standards. This role includes supervising other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, safety and delivering excellent customer service. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
Determine staffing requirements
