Summary of responsibilities:
The Manager, IT Build and Change Delivery is accountable for executing approved change across CATSA’s IT systems and services. The role leads delivery teams responsible for designing, building, configuring, integrating, testing and deploying solutions aligned with IT priorities and plans. The Manager, IT Build and Change Delivery performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.
What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have:
Successful completion of a college diploma or university degree with specialization in computer science, information technology, information management, or another specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in progressive Information Technology roles with focus on change management and project delivery
A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams.
Significant experience in IT delivery or solution implementation in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (applications, integrations, infrastructure, Cloud)
Demonstrated leadership of multi project delivery portfolios.
Strong oversight and people management techniques to ensure deliverables remain on target.
Strong track record of delivering technology changes into production environments.
Experience providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
Knowledge of and experience in contract and budget management.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and
