Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage daily maintenance operations
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and contractors
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify repair and maintenance needs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Prepare maintenance budgets and control operational costs
Coordinate with external service providers and vendors
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and minimize downtime
Education:
College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., maintenance, engineering, facility management, or industrial technology)
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance, facility operations, or a related field
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
