Maintenance Electrician / Millwright Full Time

This role supports plant uptime through troubleshooting, repair work, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities may be electrical, mechanical, or a mix depending on the facility.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs safely

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance

• Support shutdown work and urgent breakdown response

• Follow lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures

• Maintain records of repairs, parts, and maintenance schedules

• Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase safety

What makes someone successful here

• Trade ticket (309A/442A or Millwright 433A) or strong apprenticeship progress

• Solid troubleshooting approach and safe work habits

• Experience with industrial equipment (conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics)

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

Nice to have

• PLC familiarity (electrician pathway)

• Welding or fabrication skills (millwright pathway)

• Multi-site/industrial plant maintenance experience
