Job Description:
Duties:
 Assist in loading goods on the truck and ensure that they are stacked and secured properly.
 Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods.
 Make sure that the truck is in proper working conditions before setting off.
 Communicate with dispatcher, other drivers and customers using communication devices and on-board computers
 Administer bills of landing and manually and electronically to maintain log books.
 Record cargo information, hour of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
 Report incidents to the manager immediately and accurately

Credentials Requirement:
Driver’s License (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Employment Duration:
Full time, Permanent with 50 hours a week
Location of Work:
Travel Across Canada and North America with base in, Mississauga, ON
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
