LINE COOK Full Time

Looking for someone who is motivated and can work as part of a team or independently. Experience is a strong asset.
Will be required to cook on line various appetizers and entrees, and not limited to deep fryers, grill, flat top and sauté.
Will be responsible for filling and stocking their line.
Sweeping and mopping during the shift and for closing duties.
Keeping equipment clean, and helping with dishes if necessary. Emptying garbage’s/recycle.
Some minor prep, including portioning.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays. You will have 2 prescheduled days off a week.
Shifts are 4pm-12am Monday-Saturday and 4pm-11:30pm on Sundays

Wage dependent on experience, plus tips. Must be over the age of 18 as we are located inside the Great Northern Casino.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
