Job description/responsibilities
• Provide year-round landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and garden/hardscape installation and maintenance.
• Supervise and train up to 4 landscaping crew members.
• Create and maintain work schedules.
• Estimate material resources for landscaping tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot landscaping machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor staff in equipment use and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve work issues
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure team productivity and quality standards are met.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
