Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Labourer
We’re currently hiring Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Labourers for our 2026 season. This seasonal position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and taking pride in visible results.

Key Responsibilities
– Mow, trim, and edge lawns
– Plant, weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds
– Prune and shape shrubs and trees
– Assist with seasonal clean-up and property maintenance
– Irrigate gardens and troubleshoot minor irrigation issues
– Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely
– Maintain and clean landscaping equipment
– Support the groundskeeping team with daily upkeep tasks
Requirements
– Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or gardening (preferred but not required)
– Familiarity with outdoor power tools and garden equipment
– Knowledge of plants, trees, and seasonal care (an asset)
– Ability to work independently and follow direction
– Strong attention to detail and safety
– Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Hours & Availability
– Full-time hours (Mon – Fri 7am – 5pm)
– Weekday shifts, with occasional weekend work based on weather or project needs
– This is a seasonal position, Apr – Nov 2026
