Main Responsibilities
Prepare meals for the Bistro and catering service.
Assist cooks with food preparation and service.
Monitor stock levels and manage kitchen inventory.
Train and support new employees.
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
Package and store food while maintaining the cold chain and hygiene standards.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
Maintain kitchen tools and equipment to ensure durability.
Participate in inventory checks and order preparation.
Monitor cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
