Service Administrator Full Time

DESCRIPTION

Cummins is looking for an experienced Service administrator to complete their team in Fort McMurray, AB.

In this role, you will have the following impacts:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
• Analyze customers needs, gathers pertinent information.
• Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
• Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Education, Licenses, Certifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience acquired in the work place is required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Experience:
• Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through previous work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills-knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft, Adobe).
• Basic engine knowledge is a great asset for this role.
• About the role:
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 730am to 4pm at the branch.
• Primary point of contact and computer work.

Compensation and benefits
