Responsibilities
In order to succeed in this role-you will need:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Commercial or Truck and transport journeyman certification is mandatory for this position
CVIP license is mandatory
Locally valid driving permit (Required)
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)
Experience with full chassis repairs: Brake Systems, A/C Diagnostics, Chassis Electrical, Transmission Repairs.
About the role
Working hours are 630am to 5pm Tuesday-Friday (4X10 schedule).
Union environment.
Salary is 51.13$ hourly.
Work is mostly on transport trucks and transit buses.
