We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position requires strong communication skills Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities. Provide expert advice on various insurance products including life, health, auto, and property insurance. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads. Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Assist clients in completing applications and complete insurance policy sales. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information. Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. Qualifications Calculate premiums Establish method of payment Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries Provide customer service Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance – Flexible shifts 7 days a week, evenings and weekends are required
