As an Instructional Designer, you’ll manage our internal learning management system and partner with subject matter experts to develop compelling learning content to support our employees’ personal and professional development.

Why we’ll love You:

• Experience designing and developing, learning content in various formats such as e-modules,and job aids
• Master time manager, you can prioritize your workload, plus you demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
• Proficient with MS Office and web conferencing tools ie. Zoom

Proficiency in developing effective web-based learning material using Rapid Design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond or Powtoon

• Experience administering cloud-based learning management systems (LMS)
• Degree or diploma with a focus on adult education, instructional design, or related field

Once here, you’ll:

• Develop engaging learning content, leveraging best practices in Adult Learning Principles, blended learning approaches, and Westland’s content development software
• Review and audit Westland’s learning content to ensure it meets business needs and product changes
• Measure the effectiveness of training, manage feedback, identify trends, and make recommendations
• Contribute to projects related to learning & development including maintenance of a learning management system, manager and leadership development programs and technical training programs
