Job description
Beretta Farms Ltd. is looking for the right individual to join our production team at our Beef/Bison processing facility in Lacombe, AB.
Terms of employment
Permanent employment, Full Time, 30-40 hours/week
Position Summary
Tasks
Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
Slaughter cattle, bison as prescribed by religious laws
Cut beef, bison carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
Cut meat into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
Remove bones from meat

Experience and specialization
1 to 2 years meat cutting preferred
